Simply choose which plan you’d like – weekly, monthly or quarterly – and we’ll send your Tuffit free of charge for the first 21 days. If you don’t want to keep your Tuffit at the end of the trial period, just contact us before your 21 days is up and you won’t be charged. We’ll arrange collection so there’s no hassle for you. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging to return it to us.

Tuffit Rental Information:
There is no minimum rental period.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. The trial period is set to 21 days to ensure you have at least 2 weeks to experience the Tuffit before any payment is required.
You will not be charged for delivery or collection. When you are ready to return the Tuffit we will contact you to confirm a collection date which you can re-arrange if not suitable. We reserve the right to charge a £25 admin fee for a failed collection attempt.
Please note that Tuffits in our rental programme are not brand new and therefore they may show signs of use.
In the event that you do not contact us to cancel your Tuffit hire before the 21 day trial period ends, you will be charged rental according to your selected plan until the Tuffit is returned.
You can cancel your Tuffit Hire at any time and we will not continue to charge you once our courier has safely collected your Tuffit for return.

No charges for delivery or successful collection.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Just let us know by calling us on 01423 866833 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll arrange a date for collection and delivery back to us. After collection, you will no longer be charged a hire fee.
Please note – you must keep all the original packaging in order to return the Tuffit to us safely. It is your responsibility to package the Tuffit securely before collection by our courier.
Do I have to give a notice period if I want to give the Tuffit back?
Not at all – there is no notice period. As soon as the Tuffit is collected by our courier, we will not take any further payments for Tuffit Hire.
Will the Tuffit I rent be brand new?
Not necessarily, we have a selection of rental Tuffits in circulation so it will probably have been used by someone else before you. Don’t worry though, every Tuffit is checked and inspected before being despatched to a new rental customer.
Will I get a discount if I like my hire Tuffit so much I decide to buy one?
We offer 10% off to all customers who have paid for at least 1 month’s Tuffit hire after the 21 day free trial is finished.
Can I choose what colour Tuffit I rent?
Currently, we are unable to guarantee colours and finishes for our rental service. However, if you add your preferences to the ‘Order Notes’ section on our checkout page, we will do our best to match them subject to stock availability.
