Panache Sports Bra Competition

Panache Sports Bra Branded

Whatever your workout style, you still need re-enforcement!

One of the beautiful things about the Tuffit (in my opinion) is that you can wear pretty much whatever you feel most comfortable in for your workout.  It might be an old pair of leggings or even whatever you are wearing when you wake up that morning – where’s the sense in creating more laundry if you can just workout in your jammies?!

But one thing that’s still critical, whatever your workout style, is re-enforcement!  Even in your pyjamas, it’s important to keep your breasts supported – not just for the comfort factor – but also so they stay looking as good as possible for as long as possible.

Yet unbelievably, 44% of us are still exercising without a sports bra.

Jennie Bianco, Head of Marketing for Panache Lingerie, explains more:

“When you move during exercise, your breasts move in every direction. This repetitive bouncing can stress, stretch and irreversibly damage the cooper’s ligaments – the connective tissue that holds up and maintains the shape of your breasts. Damage here can cause your breasts to sag and droop but by properly supporting your breasts during exercise, you can dramatically reduce movement in all directions. This will help ensure you keep your breasts in great shape”.

And the brilliant people at Panache certainly know a thing or two about how a sports bra should perform.  I have personally tried and tested their multi-award winning Panache Underwired Sports Bra and I love it.  You can read more about the science behind it here.
