Delivery

Delivery Cost

We charge £16 for all orders which include a Tuffit unless indicated otherwise at the point of purchase.  This charge ensures we can deliver your Tuffit the next working day after despatch.  We don’t currently offer a longer delivery service.  This charge applies for delivery to most postal areas that we deliver to in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please see exceptions below.

Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland will be calculated at the checkout and may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB1-AB40, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PO30 – PO41, TR21 – TR25.

Unfortunately, we regret that we are currently unable to deliver goods to the following postcode areas: AB41-AB56, GY, IV42-IV51, JE, KW15-KW17, PH42-PH44, ZE.

Postage costs for smaller items vary and will be calculated at the checkout stage of your order.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to despatch all Tuffit orders received within 5 working days.  If we have limited stock on an item, the delivery timescale may be longer and we will indicate this in the product description. If an item is out of stock but expected back in stock soon this will be indicated on the website.  Tuffits are delivered by courier the next working day after despatch.

Couriers

For Tuffits, standard delivery is by courier, with delivery during working hours Monday to Friday.

Smaller items are despatched via Royal Mail.

International Shipping

Unfortunately at the moment we only ship to addresses within the UK.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Please contact hello@fitforkeeps.com and we will investigate.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we will need a signature. Don’t worry if you’re not at home as our carrier usually tries to deliver more than once and they will text you on the day of delivery to give you the chance to re-arrange your delivery slot.
Alternatively they will leave a card confirming when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.

 

Returns

Returning Unwanted Goods

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return or exchange items bought at fitforkeeps.com providing they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Simpy email us within 14 days of receipt of your order to confirm that you would like to return the item(s).

  • Your full name
  • Contact Details
  • Order Number (found on your order confirmation or invoice)
  • Reason for return
  • Details of preferred replacement item/s if required (item name, colour and size).

If the item you wish to return is a Tuffit, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date. There is no charge for collection.

Please note that when returning an unwanted item, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

Returning Faulty / Damaged Item

  • Your full name
  • Contact Details
  • Order Number (found on your order confirmation or invoice)
  • Description of fault / damage
  • Details of preferred replacement item/s if required (item name, colour and size).

If the item you wish to return is a Tuffit, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date. There is no charge for collection.

Fit for Keeps does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit, unless the collection was arranged by us.

Please note that we will refund the original shipping cost once returned products are inspected and determined to be faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping on Smaller Items

For smaller unwanted items all postage and handling costs will be incurred by you.

However, if the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of return postage back to you in addition to any postage already paid. Please provide a copy of your proof of postage and/or receipt with your returned item(s).

Fit for Keeps does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit, unless the collection was arranged by us.  We recommend you obtain proof of postage for smaller items from Royal Mail.

Returning a Hire Tuffit

If you have decided to return your hire Tuffit, please contact us at least 2 working days before your next payment is due so that we can collect before any further subscription charges are taken.

Cancellation of your subscription only occurs once the Tuffit has been collected by our nominated courier and until it is collected all rental payments will continue to be due.  Please note that no refunds will be made for any payments already taken, even if you choose to return the Tuffit before the current rental period has ended.

You should retain all original packaging to return the Tuffit to us.  If new packaging is required, we charge £30 (£16 courier fee plus £14 packaging and administration costs) to deliver replacement packaging.
