But if you’re anything like I’ve have been in the past, you may be reluctant to relinquish your cardigan, jacket or shrug.  I definitely spent a number of years hiding the tops of my arms and shoulders because I didn’t like the way they looked.  It’s so unfair that us ladies seems to store fat in the most inconvenient places, isn’t it?!

Having said that, a healthy diet combined with cardio and strength work using my Tuffit has genuinely changed all that – and I have the amazing Jenny to thank for it.
